Family sponsorship

To renuite with your family, they can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada if you’re at least 18 years old and a:

  • Canadian citizen or
  • person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or
  • permanent resident of Canada

EXPRESS ENTRY CANADA

Express Entry is system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), which manages and processes applications received through Canada’s federal economic immigration programs. Applications are received from eligible candidates who have been invited to apply to immigrate to Canada based on their human capital factors, skills, experience, and other factors. Based on eligibility there are 3 programs you may be eligible and categorized to

  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Federal skilled worker (FSW)
  • Federal Skilled Trades (FST)

Owner operators work permit opportunity to run a business in Canada as a foreign national on a work permit

  • Must buy or start a new business in Canada.
  • Main application and spouse will get a work permit from the same business as an owner/operator of business.
  • No IELTS required for work permit but must be familiar with English or French to justify application.
  • No minimum net worth required.
  • No minimum investment benchmark.
  • No regional or provincial restrictions.
  • Must hire one full time Canadian employee
